All products sold through Cura Academy are digital training courses delivered online.

  • Course access is granted once payment is successfully completed

  • Login details are for individual use only, unless a multi-user or business licence has been purchased

  • Course access may be time-limited depending on the product purchased

Sharing login credentials or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Cura Academy does not store or have access to your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • Refunds are not available once access to a course has been provided, unless required by law

  • By purchasing, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is waived

If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us and we will provide reasonable support.

Employers remain responsible for ensuring staff meet role-specific, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
