Refund Policy
Overview
Cura Academy is operated by Cura Workforce Solutions Ltd and provides digital training courses for the health and social care sector. Due to the nature of digital content, our refund policy is set out below.
Digital Products & Course Access
All products sold by Cura Academy are digital training courses delivered online.
Once payment has been successfully completed and access to a course has been granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
Refund Eligibility
Because our products are digital:
-
Refunds are not available once course access has been provided
-
This applies to individual courses, bundles, and subscriptions
-
By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate access to digital content
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel once digital content has been accessed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
-
You were charged in error (duplicate payment)
-
You are unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve
-
A refund is required by law
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your course, certificates, or learning platform, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving access issues promptly and fairly.
